Remove unnecessary (and invalid in TB128?) "tabHide" permission

I'm not sure why we had the "tabHide" permission specified in our manifest. This was added by the previous maintainer, and as far as I can tell from the documentation it should never have been necessary. It also causes complaints about the manifest file in TB128.
