Bug fixes, updated to v1.4

Bug fixed in FW and small cleanup on PCB.

Fixed rec pause inversion in FW (after adding a transistor to PCB).
Fixed LEDs markings (those were swapped).
Fixed camera detection on higher voltages.
Made blinking speeds more distinctive.

Updated release after field-testing.

Fixed camera power measurement circuitry and functions.
Battery voltage level (for low-battery indication) is now pickup up from serial data from the VTR (if present).
Updated quality-of-life operation features (more sensible VTR power saving, more powerful Rec Review mode).
Updated debug outputs to be used as LED indicators on the adaptor's case.
Dropped support for ATmega48.

First release of the project.

All functions of adapter are tested with Sony HVC-10 camera and Panasonic NV-180 VTR.
All modes and functions work as intended.
Release includes firmwares for all supported MCUs and gerber files for the main board and case PCBs.
