First public release of CSM-tester for Covox Sound Master ISA sound card.
Utility to perform thorough tests on CSM card, including addressing all internal devices, detecting PSG type, reading gamepad status, checking tone and noise generation of the AY8930, checking direct-port and DMA playback of the 8-bit DAC, checking software-controlled mux and amplifier.
Tested on i386DX under MS-DOS.
