Keyboard Shortcuts

Fake Filler provides three actions that can be triggers via a keyboard shortcut:

  1. Fill all inputs: This fills all input fields in the page with dummy data. This action is the same as clicking on the Fake Filler icon on your browser toolbar.
  2. Fill this form: This fills the current form with dummy data. A field within the form must have focus.
  3. Fill this input field: This fills the current field having focus with dummy data.

Set/Change Keyboard Shortcuts

To change or set a keyboard shortcut for the actions above follow the instructions based on your browser:

Chrome

Type chrome://extensions/shortcuts in the address bar of the browser to open up the shortcuts page for extensions. Find Fake Filler and make the changes as necessary.

Edge (Chromium)

Type edge://extensions/shortcuts in the address bar of the browser to open up the shortcuts page for extensions. Find Fake Filler and make the changes as necessary.
