issue branch creator

Simplifies git branch creation with the name of a JIRA issue.

For the initial setup please go to Files -> Settings -> Tools -> Issue Branch Creator and fill out the fields.

After that you can use the default Shortcut: Ctrl+G,C or the Main Menu -> Git -> New Branch by Issue Id to create a new branch.
