1. updates the version of node it runs in to 20. 2. updates to actions that uses node version 20. 3. updates dependencies with `npm audit fix` to clear vulnerabilities.

@davideast @Ehesp @kirstywilliams Can someone merge this PR? This issue fixes the Github actions regarding Node16 being deprecated as mentioned here. |
