+**Brief description:**

+Wooden face from a coffin made from a single piece of wood. The face is
+incomplete and there are sections missing from the proper left side.
+There are some remnants of paint on the surface. At the top of the face
+is a large dovetail used to attach the face to the wig. There is a
+concave recess on the reverse of the face. The border around this recess
+is coated in a layer of animal glue which contains fibres.
