ZebraPirateSpeak is a small tweak that replaces all language files for the Zebra package manager with pirate speak.
Reinstall Zebra, something went wrong during the removal of the tweak. This tweak should make a backup of the language files during the installation. You can see if the backup is still present in //TBD
