PowerNBT Rewrite Alpha - Release Candidate 1

This release contains a massive rewrite and is expected to break while in the alpha stage.

The supported Minecraft version for this release is 1.16.5 with support for older versions coming in future.

The plugin has been updated from 1.12 to 1.15.2 and now can be used on servers.

Due to Minecraft's NBT change in 1.15 update, the plugin will no longer support any older versions.
