A new function to calculate the observed bulk density of the planet.

This is done by taking the total mass (= atm + int) and comparing it to the observed radius. Since we don't have optical depth stored, this is taken to be observed at the 1 mbar level and is a grey quantity.

This function is called by PROTEUS at runtime, so we can track how this quantity changes as the planet cools.
