Additional utilities are provided which should make upgrading the network easier -

current-versions cmd which returns the state transition function version and the consensus params version
used send_transaction_and_await_commit from the rust sdk to remove sleeps while uploading subsections of stf bytecode
upgrades now automatically log out the currentversions before and after running
neat progress bar for uploading subsections of the bytecode
