I have increased many of the tracks' scroll speeds, mostly to be, at least for certain ones like Roses, more readable. Some may be either too fast or still too slow (this is why the pull request is currently a draft), so let me know what you think.

Funkin's variable scroll speed appears to be a very controversial subject on the Funkin' GitHub. Though I no longer mind increasing the scroll speeds, I'm concerned about the ability of rhythm game beginners to sight read notes at that speed. What's the best balance between smoothly introducing beginners and catering to experts?

In my experience, too low of a scroll speed actually makes the game harder to sight-read, and while yes for newer players it's nice to not have it at a blazing place, I believe it's both a fine thing to put on hard mode, I mean it is supposed to be hard, and that the FNF devs give new players a little too little credit.
