The Public Safety Common Operational Picture (COP) application offers a standard overview of an incident, providing incident information that enables the Incident Commander/Unified Command and any supporting agencies and organizations to make effective, consistent, and timely decisions. It is a configuration of ArcGIS Viewer for Flex that can be used by emergency management staff in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
Try the Public Safety COP application
The Public Safety COP includes a series of useful widgets that can be used with the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex by the Public Safety community in a COP application. The widgets include:

- Critical Infrastructure (CI)
- Closest Facility
- Emergency Management Header Controller
- Emergency Response Guide (ERG)
- Emergency Management Splash Screen
- GeoRSS Report by Exception
- Live Layer Report by Exception
- Untied States National Grid (USNG)
- Pacific Disaster Center Active Hazard (PDC)
