Added domain frequencies for each domain specific nad field that is stored in the DataSubmissionReportFeature class. Limited the number of invalid domains that can be stored to each class to 100 and set threshold to how many unique domain values are allowed for frequency to be generated where the threshold is currently 2x the number of maximum domain values that were have documented in our domain specific csv file(s).
