Bug - PDF Page Numbers Not Updating, Part Two

Previous PR: #2477

Changes:

The previous PR grabs the .latest() report by the created_by date, instead of the .first() report.

What it doesn't do is check to see if there are results before accessing the .latest(), resulting in a code error on fresh PDF pages (no PDF objects yet exist). This checks for existing results before reassigning the SAR.
