Updates workbooks in the tree to the most recent

This is a "just in case," but also because we pull them from main for updating the static site. This makes sure we have the most recent for users.

No changes other than having regenerated the workbooks from a current version of main.

• Once a PR is merged, keep an eye on it until it’s deployed to dev, and do enough testing on dev to verify that it deployed successfully, the feature works as expected, and the happy path for the broad feature area (such as submission) still works.
