This includes exploratory work on the UD-105 form for #11 and general scaffolding for form support. It's gotten rather large, and includes a fair bit of throwaway code. Moving forward, it will be cleaner to do code reviews with a smaller diff, so I'm just going to go ahead and merge this now.
