Here are the changes in this pull request:

  • Phase 1 of styling for the Form Builder Tool
  • Updated the go to link on the homepage
  • Merge Main branch into branch 'update-style-of-form-builder'
  • Removed the extra views of the edit form

This looks great. 🎉 When we give this a second pass, could we use the USWDS utility classes for as much as we can?
