Update LICENSE.md

[GitHub's documentation](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/licensing-a-repository) uses the keyword `CC0-1.0` (not `CC0 1.0`) so GitHub (hence, Allstar) wasn't picking up the license.
