Purpose

Install and enable New Relic RPM module for non_local split
Confiigure New Relic agent in system

QA/Testing instructions

  1. Set your local environment to non_local split and run lando drush cim
  2. Visit http://digitalgov.lndo.site/admin/config/development/new-relic and confirm New Relic RPM module is installed and ready for configuration.
