DIGITAL-118: Configure Metatags.

DIGITAL-118

Purpose

• Metatag module installed and enabled
• Configure the same metatags defaults as on the current site using the corresponding fields from Drupal.
• Check one of our 'Real Content' against it's corresponding content on Digital.gov and the metatags should be the same. (See DIGITAL-118 comments)

Local Setup

1. Pull branch
2. Drush CIM
3. lando rebuild && lando si
4. Go to modules and make sure metatags is enabled.

QA/Testing instructions

1. Open a page in our current site through administration>content.
2. View page source and ensure that the metatags are available. Compare the metatags with the content on the live site on digital.com.
