Testing it locally at least, the module doesn't work with this explicit

required_providers

The docs state as well that required_providers must be listet. I went for the 0.12-compatible syntax

You are correct about the required_providers. Our main code is running minimum Terraform 1.x, so I think we'll be able to force a newer version of Terraform here as well. There are some forks, but no direct dependencies that I can see. So, I don't see any issues with just upgrading everything. We should evaluate as a team though @GSA/data-gov-team
