Increased GemMaster LP cost

Increased LP cost from 1 to 80 million. It was upon my realization that the item cost, a Bloody Ichorium casing that can be made in UV tier, was actually not post-infinity tier or a point where people would opted into getting Armok's Blood Orb as I originally thought. This means that the player must get an Eldritch Blood Orb and apply a bit of Superior Capacity Runes in order to summon this meteor
