The chemical reactor recipe combining sulfuric acid and apatite to produce phosphoric acid was producing 5x as much phosphoric acid compared to electrolyzing the apatite due to improper chembalance. This corrects the phosphoric acid produced and adds a hydrogen output to account for it. Additionally, the recipe time is reduced from 16s to 3s due to the 5x reduction in phosphoric acid produced.
I deleted the singleblock version of the recipe because on live it was bait (did not have the CaSO4, so most ingredients were essentially voided), and with the change it has another ingredient it would void. Singleblocks can still electrolyze apatite down and make phosphoric that way.
