This is the backend part for Stipple's GenieFramework/Stipple.jl#299 to support multiple models on a page.
For this purpose Genie now supports multiple WebChannels; what has been Genie.WebChannels is now an object that is created by calling
Genie.initWebChannel(channel).For compatibility reasons
Genie.WebChannelsis kept as object but always refers to the latest WebChannel object that has been created.The array
Genie.AllWebChannelskeeps track of all generated WebChannel objects.Most of the routines now need an argument
WebChannelto distinguish between different WebChannels.
