Reverted upstream merges/changes v1.1.10-v1.1.11 in order to work on Linux again.
Cherry-picked the fix for the the First Strike rune.
Changed version to 1.1.12 (Please note that just because the version is the same as cangzhang/champ-r does not mean that all changes are cherry-pick. If the Windows version is not working as intended for you, please download it from cangzhang/champ-r releases).
