Description

closes https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog-plugin-enterprise/issues/9550

Additionally changes:

  • Make wizard navigation non-clickable to ensure a more controlled flow by only using buttons in the steps (as discussed with @tellistone
  • Improve text color in disabled wizard links as they were not readable in the dark theme
