Force using prettier to format code on every commits.

The goal is to make sure every commit is following the same code format rules, it gives a more clean code base and more important, it is a big relief for code reviewing!

My thought is that we can run the prettier format command on commit hook by huskey, maybe there are other good solution, please suggest.
