HashiCraft Mod for Minecraft

Contains custom blocks that allow interaction with the following HashiCorp products

• Nomad
• Consul
• Vault

Note: This mod only works for Java. If you have Bedrock, navigate to the Minecraft Build Contest area by looking for a sign next to the gold teleportation button where you spawn.

Setup

Prerequisites

• Minecraft License for Java

Install

1. Install the Fabric Installer for Mincraft Launcher

   • Note that the installer is a JAR file. You may need to go to your computer's security settings to allow it to run.
   • Use the following settings to install:
     • Minecraft Version 1.19.2
     • Fabric Loader Version 0.14.9

2. Download hashiconf-global-mods.zip from Releases.

3. Extract the JAR files from hashiconf-global-mods.zip. There should be three:

   • fabric-api-*.jar
   • fabric-hashicraft-mod-*.jar
   • projector-*.jar

4. Open your default directory for Minecraft.

   • Windows: %APPDATA%\.minecraft
   • MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
   • Linux: ~/.minecraft

5. Open the mods folder.

6. Copy the JAR files into the mods folder.

7. Open Minecraft Launcher.

8. Go to Minecraft Java Edition (preferable).

9. The play screen should have a dropdown menu with various Minecraft versions. Choose thefabric-loader package listed.
