Removed visitor and rewrote basic_Execute method

Should now support features such as packing new uv data into pre-existing data. With polygons selected, the packer should now mark the selected polygons and pack them around the rest. Also allowing for packing multiple layers. Before each layer would become it's own packing solution.

Attempted adding even more verbose comments where I could to try make everything more clear.
