Now ignores hidden polygons. Still assumes that if a subset of polygons are selected, these are to be packed to non selected polygons. If non selected islands are outside of the UV tile it still likely raises a "No valid static island" failure.

The lpk installer is set to version 1500 but could likely work in versions earlier than this. Just change the extension to zip and unzip into where ever you keep your kits locally.
