HolaClient License Agreement

This License Agreement is entered into between the Licensor "CR072" and any person obtaining a copy of the HolaClient software, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee". Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, I grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HolaClient software and any modified versions with a valid license key. The user is authorized to use the HolaClient software for commercial purposes, provided that a valid license key is obtained from the official user console. The HolaClient software and its source code are proprietary to the owner (CR072). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You should not:
a. Distribute the HolaClient software, any modified versions, or parts of its code.
b. Sell services built on top of the HolaClient software without a valid license key.
c. Remove the credits from anywhere in the software without authorization from CR072.

THE HOLACLIENT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HOLACLIENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. CR072 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE HOLACLIENT SOFTWARE.

By using the HolaClient software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
