Improvements aiming to make Travis CI execution faster.
Also some minor bug fixes for Python tests are provided.
If PR approved, renaming Backblaze archives (
wallet_mergetoaddress_2_NP_snapshot.zip,mempool_size_limit_NP_snapshot.zip,mempool_size_limit_even_more_NP_snapshot.zip) should be considered.
