Following the name change of Swaziland, ISO have updated the name of country code SZ to Eswatini.

Czech Republic (now Czechia) is also wrong… I wonder if it would be good to do a general update of this list?

Looks like my Czechia example has been taken forward as a pull request here: #264. Thanks, @amy-silcock.

But more generally, perhaps this list could be brought in line with source programmatically. This was part of #172, but I notice the source I was using there is out of date (I’ve raised an issue datasets/country-codes#64).
