Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I see exciting use cases using onboarding as a general workflow wizard. I wanted a way to use it in multiple ways and output unique filenames for each.

Describe the solution you'd like
add switch -output_file and respect that when writing onboarding plist

Describe alternatives you've considered
I did not....

Additional context
It's built out and functioning here and starting a conversation before a pull request
