Update Dependencies #6370
Comments
#6363 should be done first but as part of this ticket |
The dependency update page makes no reference to epics base or support modules - should these be a separate tickets or done as part of this? |
They should be done as part of this. I think we said we'd keep adding things to the list of what to update when we came across them. |
Not sure if #6131 may have an impact on this, we may for example change from tar onto vendor branch to fork for some of the epics modules we use |
@FreddieAkeroyd thanks for pointing this out. I am not sure of how to go about updating epics dependencies yet. I will wait for the outcome of meeting #6131 |
As a developer I would like to be sure that none of the IBEX dependencies get too out of date. Following the latest release (#6149) we should update our dependencies. See https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/ibex_developers_manual/wiki/Dependency-updates
