  • Non-primary alignments are skipped during read length determination
  • Mates of on-target reads are extracted even if they are located outside of off-target regions
  • Contigs whose name contains GL000 are skipped during median depth calculation (if this is not desired, the appropriate depth should be specified as a program option)

ExpansionHunter-v2.0.7-linux_x86_64.tar.gz and ExpansionHunter-v2.0.7-macOS.tar.gz are binary distributions for 64-bit Linux and macOS respectively.
