Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Operator based provisioners currently rely on the package manifest format, which is now deprecated and could disappear from OpenShift soon.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should evaluate whether Intersmash can support Operator based provisioning by relying a on a supported format, as the bundle format, see https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/operators/understanding/olm-packaging-format.html and https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/operators/operator_sdk/osdk-pkgman-to-bundle.html

Describe alternatives you've considered

Drop support for Operator based provisioning?
