I added the UV layout of the wifi antenna to the livery paintkits while updating the position of the cargo doors to match the 3D model more closely.

I also added RR and GE logos to the engine paintkits as a layer.

And finally, I animated the wifi antenna so FG can display the colors it is assigned by a livery.

This will make sure that the antenna can have a livery.
A new UV layout was exported using blender for each of the variants of
the plane (787-8, 787-9, & 787-10).

There appear to be some inconsistencies between the new aft belly
doors and the door outlines layer.
The paintkits had all the details but missed the logos.
By exporting the UV Layout of the windows in blender and using it to
align the windows of the paintkits, it was possible to correct the
misalignment first mentioned in issue IskenderWang#58.
The cargo doors in the 3D model had moved, now the paintkits reflect
that.
