The bibliography style in the documents were changed to rectify the warnings being displayed during the build.

This PR is based on work done for a Monash University Summer Research Project 2024, conducted by me Ibrahim Moidutty Valiyakath @ibrahimvm. The project was co-funded by @ccaprani and the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University. It was supervised by @ccaprani and @shihabkhan1.
The work is based on the PMC PDF documents which were converted to markdown using Mathpix. Typographical errors; cross-referencing; equation numbering; and the bibliography entailed the bulk of the work. Nevertheless, close reading of the text by domain experts is recommended before official publication.
