A simulator to provide practice for the commandline interface of the NMR machines at Columbia University
- download the config file (nmrSim.cfg.txt) and the .exe file
- making sure that the .exe and the config file are in the same folder, run the .exe
- download the config file and the .rar archive
- extract the linux executable "nmrSim v1.0 (linux)" from the archive and put it in the same folder as the config file
- run the executable
(the linux file was too big to upload without compressing it into the .rar archive, apologies for the inconvenience linux people)
- This program was written in javascript using node.js, and was compiled using the 'pkg' npm package.
- I wrote this program because I wanted to be able to practice the commands for the NMRs at my own convenience, without booking time on a machine.
- This program is not intended to be a substitute for practicing on a real NMR machine, but instead to supplement that learning process.
