Learn about vigilant mode.

Updated version with various bug fixes. Removed long standing error which was applying fermi momentum for EIC events. This caused a very minor change to the resulting event output.

New directory with info for the December 2023 ePIC simulation campaign added. Other directories will be created in a similar manner.
