A simple powershell based meta runner that copies files from the agent's checkout or temp directory to a destination (UNC) path.
Originally, this was designed to pull artifact ZIPs in conjunction with a previous "Publish Artifacts" step during a build rather than using a separate build with artifact dependencies. But now we use it to copy special builds to servers and shares.
