Install Adafruit PiOLED on NVIDIA Jetson Nano

Simple scripts to install the Adafruit PiOLED drivers on the Jetson Nano, along with a simple example.
There are also scripts to turn the simple example into a startup service so that the PiOLED is available when the Jetson Nano starts up.
