Final project solved in "Intro to data mining" course (CS412 at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)

The project involves developing a “motif finding” program and testing it.

Four major components

• Building a benchmark (S1_benchmark)
• Implementing the “motif finder” (S2_algorithm)
• Evaluating the motif finder on the benchmark and making intelligent inferences. (S3_output)
