so maybe tests failed because the registry was incorrectly installed. Trying again... |

It seems that on 1.6 and 1.7 some dependent packages downgrade to a version where there is a typo-style bug. I'm therefore going to make Julia 1.8 the lower bound now, and have CI on 1.8, 1.9 and nightly. |

tests fail for 1.6, before we put version bounds I'm running CI for 1.7, 1.8, 1.9
