FlareReplacer
FlareReplacer replaces the stock sun flare, without requiring Scatterer.

To install:
- Drop the FlareReplacer folder into your GameData folder
- Install the latest Kopernicus (https://github.com/Kopernicus/Kopernicus/releases/)
