Release 0.0.66 : 64-bit support (macOS Catalina)

This is functionally identical to release 65.
Changes:

• Code-signed with free developer account.
• Also included a tarball archive

Known Issues:

• Not code-signed/notarized.
• App update (including check for update) does not work.
• Paste from menu selection does not work. (This was due to a bug in macOS that has been resolved in the latest Catalina update)
