Recording List in Spectrogram Annotator

resolves #36
resovles #51 - Only adds a next button I don't think previous is required.

I know this isn't a left side recording list. I felt it would be quicker to embed it in the Annotation list under a new tab called 'recordings'.

TODO:

• Fix creation swapping issues when changing the spectrogram file
• Add separate tab so it includes spectrogram when looking at spectrograms
• Add in Filter to show only unannotated public files so users could quickly swap to items that are public and unannotated by them.

Adds a recording tab to view recordings from.
