This release will be more like a maintenance release. No features or significant bug fixes will be made.

Overview

• Make library available through Bower and NPM

• Update NuGet package

• Ensure tests pass and enable TravisCI on repository

• Compile the library with either Grunt or Gulp

• Restructure the repository (ie. create dist directory, move tests to test, etc)

• Move changelog from README.md into its own file

• Rework README.md file (install, version badges)

• Improve documentation (upgrade libraries etc.)

• Remove unused/obsolete branches

• Use a labeling system similar to Knockout-Validation

• Check #280
